Should an item not meet your needs in any way, we will gladly replace it or refund your money if returned within 60 days from the date of order. Please note any opened bottles of oil are not returnable! All return shipping charges are the customer`s responsibility. These lamps are in very popular. Should an order be received for a lamp or fragrance that is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and given the option of a full refund or shipment as soon as the new stock arrives.
